Mike Isabella
Mike Isabella is a Florida-based chef and consultant for Blasé Bistro & Martini Bar as well as other restaurants and partner in Food Fix 123, a food, beverage and hospitality consulting group.
Prior to opening Food Fix 123, Chef Isabella spent 14 years in Washington, DC where he generated accolades and national attention as executive chef of Jose Andres’ Mediterranean powerhouse restaurant Zaytinya and opening 15 restaurants of note including Italian-inspired small plates restaurant, Graffiato, Greek concepts Kapnos, Kapnos Taverna, and Kapnos Kouzina, as well as G, an Italian sandwich shop by day with a tasting menu by night, and a Mexican cantina called Pepita. He is also a past recipient of Food & Wine magazine’s “The People’s Best New Chef Mid-Atlantic.” He has also appeared on Top Chef, Top Chef Duels and was a runner-up on Top Chef All-Stars.
