Chef Jim Palermo is part of the Sarasota original restaurant scene. He started The Broken Egg on siesta key with his wife by his side and growing family. Jim, Melissa, Adam and Ashley are all now 100% involved in the family business while the youngest son Edward takes to the water. Chef Jim is innovated in the breakfast world and also creates classic dishes you can't miss! His hollandaise is always homemade and incredibly flavorful. You also can't miss his incredible potatoes!
