Accumulating over 28 years of progressive experience in culinary management encompassing multiple operations in several locations, Vaccaro most recently held a role as the Owner and Executive Chef of EDGE Foods in Colorado. Prior to this, he climbed up the hospitality industry ladder with various roles, from Sous Chef up to Executive Chef at multiple Hyatt Regency properties in Colorado, Texas, Florida, and Missouri.
