Chef Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams, the executive chef at The Bijou Cafe,became a sous chef at 21 and worked at The Breakers in Palm Beach and then Hunter’s Run Country Club in Boynton Beach. He was recruited by Bijou Cafe owner, JP Knaggs, to head up the kitchen and bring youthful energy and a touch of East Coast pizazz to the Bijou. While maintaining the strict standards and traditions set by Proprietor Knaggs, Chef Ryan has adapted to the farm-to-table movement. “People really want to know the source of their food. We work with Niman Ranch, Creekstone Farms and Uriah’s Urban Farms, as well as other local organic and hormone free producers”.
