Chef Marsilio Zappaterreno

(LA MUCCA BALLERINA) Chef/Owner Marsilio Zappaterreno was born in Rome in 1965 from a chef's family. He spent all his youth helping his parents with their restaurant till he opened his first restaurant in 1994. his first work experience in the US was in New York in 2008. Now he and his family own two restaurants: La Mucca Ballerina in Sarasota,FL and Agriturismo La Mucca Ballerina in Rome, IT.
