Chef Luigi Raso

Born and raised in Napoli, Italy Luigi’s started working in the kitchen at the age of 12.
He traveled around Italy and US to learn from the best chefs. In 2013 he came to Florida for a work experience and fall in love with his wife Eleonora.
Since the couple met always dreamt about opening their own restaurant and bakery.
Luigi is not new to the restaurant scene. He has been the sous chef at another Sarasota restaurant for 6 years before starting this adventure with his wife.
Now he cooks and bakes mouthwatering pastries at Breakfast at Victoria’s, the restaurant he owns with his wife Eleonora. Soon a second location on Anna Maria island will open in the fall.
