Chef Johnny Zaki

Johnny Zaki is a passionate and innovative Chef. He has always dreamt about cooking and travelling. His dream came true when he opened his first restaurant, Confusion Tapas, in 2004. With his experience and a vision of grandeur there was a change in 2005, where Vertige Restaurant was born. Chef Zaki and his team carved a name for themselves in the Montreal food scene and led a successful bustling restaurant for several years. Johnny prefers to work with fresh local market produce where he can create and surprise with evolving flavors.
