Chef Johnny Zaki

Johnny Zaki is a passionate and innovative Chef. He has always dreamt about cooking and travelling. His dream came true when he opened his first restaurant in Montreal, Confusion Tapas, in 2004. With his experience and a vision of grandeur there was a change in 2005, where Vertige Restaurant was born. Chef Zaki and his team carved a name for themselves in the Montreal food scene and led a successful bustling restaurant for several years. Johnny prefers to work with fresh local market produce where he can create and surprise with evolving flavors.
