Chef Craig MacAvoy

(EVOQ RESTAURANT) Executive Chef Craig MacAvoy brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge from over 20 years of working in some of the most distinguished kitchens in the world. He graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from famed Kendall College and began his career at the Pier House Resort & Spa in Key West. From there, he returned to his hometown of Chicago, where he worked at the Pump Room with Chef Martial Nogier followed by the Michelin starred NoMI Kitchen. Chef Craig then traveled to Florida, where he worked in such places as the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. He has spent the last two years as the Executive Chef for the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove.
