Ash Tucker

Chef Ash joined Mozaic in the spring of 2017 after a long and varied culinary career. Chef Ash has honed his skills in a variety of quality restaurants in both Sarasota and Washington state. However, most of his experience as a working chef was during the decade he spent managing professional culinary teams in the world-class ski resort town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Ash is a dedicated professional and holds a Culinary Degree from AB Tech in Ashville, NC.   

It is here at Mozaic; where Chef Ash and his talented team turn farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients, along with local seafood from surrounding waters, into unique, flavorful and surprising dishes that reflect the best of what this beautiful region has to offer.
