Chef Michael Deshayes and Chef Arnaud Wallet

Chef Michael Deshayes, 44 years old and Chef Arnaud Wallet, 30 years old are at the head of the kitchen of the new C’est la Vie ! restaurant that opened at The Shoppes at UTC in September 2016. Michael has 25 years of experience : he starts his training as a cook in the Cooking of Saint Quentin en Yvelines near Paris and he has been graduated in 1991. He has been during 10 years with his wife Celine at the head of « Le Relais Aspois » https://www.relais-aspois.comin the South West of France, a hotel restaurant, from 2004 and 2014. He had severals experience of Executive chef in the Paris area from 1992 and 2004. Arnaud has 12 years of experience, also graduated in 2005 from a french college in Paris. He has worked from 2001 to 2010 in prestigious place like the Gold d’Apremont and the Chateau de Raray. In 2010, he decided to have a culinary experience in Australia for 1 year, to discover the world and enforced his culinary experience. Back to France, he worked in Paris as an executive Chef at the Paris restaurant « Le UN » or the « Bar à huitres ».
