Host Kristine Nickel is joined by Ila Edwards, of The Table Creekside, and Steve Harner, of The Crow's Nest, for a conversation on local trends of waterside dining, and craft cocktails and beers.

Ila Edwards:
"I do all my own infusions here ... it can go anywhere and everywhere and it has, really."

Steve Harner:
"I come from the area of high balls and martinis and manhattans. But, Ila is certainly on the leading edge. It's great to see. You can relate it to farm to table as well because you are using local herbs, local wines, local products to infuse. I'm excited about it."

On Savor Sarasota:

Ila Edwards:
"We are going to do wine specials. Probably a feature bottle of wine that would pair well with one of their entrees ... This is our first year, I'm excited."

Steve Harner:
"We do feature wine pairings with our selections, one for each course ... We look at what we're serving ... we try to feature, even though we are a seafood restaurant, we try to feature a non-seafood entree which we will.
