Alexandre Gosselin

Alexandre Gosselin is a passionate and innovative Chef. As a teenager, Alexandre already knew he wanted to become a chef. As one of the founding members, he prefers to work with fresh market produce. He will always surprise you with his menu of constantly evolving flavours. By creating intuitive and eclectic combinations, Chef Alexandre Gosselin respects and puts forward the integrity and flavours of the original ingredients. He shares with generosity his experience by offering combinations that are a little risky, a lot of fun and as fresh as it can be! Chef Alexandre Gosselin graduated from Montreal's Institut du Tourisme et de l'Hôtellerie du Québec before working in France along side Paul Bocuse, Alain Chapel, and the Pourcel Brothers. Upon his return to Montreal, he worked in many renowned restaurants. Chef Alexandre is the recipient of both the Jury Prize at the Creation de Chef Sauternes-Barsac and Gold Metal Plate amongst other prizes. He makes regular appearances on different TV shows and offers cooking workshops in Montreal.
